Help Please!

I have a dell latitude D610 which is an old computer with poor graphics anyway, but recently ive been getting HORRIBLE fps rates when I
fly in any urban area. It continues through the whole flight at less than 1 fps. I have some 3rd party add ons in the game, would that be a
problem?

Generally speaking, flying on a laptop of this sort is not a good idea. The lack of power to perform even at the lowest settings makes flight
simulation somewhat different. But I guess you have no other choice so in this case it's better than not to fly at all

Defragmenting disk, freeing some space (if it's full) and checking for disk errors might help find the cause. If still no luck I'd recommend to
remove all your add-ons....
