EHAM (Amsterdam) UGHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhh

Can anyone please help me with this one. I have just purchased Fs.Pax. but everytime I take-off at EHAM I get that all the pax. are scared due to the
fact that we are not on the runway anymore.......?????
So everytime I can exit Fs.Pax. and start over from Rotterdam bahhh.
Can anyone please help me solve this as I really would like to fly from Amsterdam.

Well I have been looking, maybe not good enough but all I seem to be finding is info about the Cloud9 scenery.
