The flight report doesn't indicate the pilot's rank, there is way to configure this fact in the flight report.

For our VA this fact is important since this indicates the pilot's effort

Unfortunately, the pilot's rank is not one of the fields which is included in the flight report and, thus, cannot be exported to the VA database.

However, you could simulate "pilot effort" by calculating the points/flight, for example.
