Will not accept Unlock Key

I had to install new HD and reload everything. FsPass. will not accept my user name or unlock code. I downloaded the version that is now available.
Do I need to request a new code?

Try copy and pasting the code.

Made sure no extra spaces were entered
Tried typing it in and cut and paste
Still will not unlock, very disappointing

The code worked when you used it previously, if it is a genuine code, it will work again now.
