Passenger satisfaction more meals

Hi Dan,
Can you add to the program so that we can serve passangers with breakfast, snacks, blanket and may be hot towels? Some flights are
night sectors and in the morning passengers will need these things to be more satisfied. Sandwiches and just hot meals......which by
the way you can run out (Sandwiches) is not that serviceable for long haulers. What do you think?

Okay! My question is "Does anyone eat and drink" on any flights??

The reason I say this is beause at the end of the flight report you will see on the service line something like this (1 drink 0 sandwitches
and 1 hot meal). What does this mean?

Oh and what does fed passengers mean?? I am presuming it is fed passengers right (people who have eaten). And why is it at 1% or
sometimes 2 or 3% ??

Maybe I am missing something here.

On all flights I have been, at least 98% of all passengers will drink. 90% of all passengers will have some snack. Hey! it's free.

I've been advocating the fact that Dan should change the HOT MEALS to a general "MEAL", and the SANDWICHES
to "SNACKS". What do
you guys think? This way it's more inclusive! Everyone's happy!

Sounds like a great idea to me!! Usually on a real flight I will get a hot sandwich so it would be better to classify substantial food items
as "meal" and then the peanuts or pretzels everyone knows as "snacks". I'm all for it.

Lets say in example the real life. Everytime I fly they serve you with a sandwich or if the flight is longer with some kind of beef and stuff. But
it never is served hot (you can see here I fly in tourist class hahaha). first class and business they get hot food so
I've realized in fsp you serve hot food to every one and so on.

Why worry over technicalities? It's not a bug. Program works just as well, if you try to get wording that pleases everybody, it'd be a
never-ending process.

You are right in a way Luke. But they are trying to make it as real as possible and frankly it would look more realistic to me if at 10am I can
serve a meal instead of hot food which sounds more appropriate for a lunch. It could be technicalities but then again, why create FSP
in the first place? So I agree with SWAFO.
Also It would be nice to have a countdown for the last 10 or 5 mins that the passengers "are going to be hungry in the next hour". Or just
add one more item "passengers are going to be hungry in the next 10-5 mins" for better planning food serving during long haul flights.
