Starting to get loads of questions with FSP now.
I had a bit of a situation last week where FSP did something unpredictable, whilst taxiing in at Gatwick I had to hold short to let another
arrival taxi in from of me (I always fly online with Vatsim, so I couldn't ignore it). My personal choice (and I think it is policy for our VA fleet)
is to apply the parking brake whilst stopped on the ground, so right on rw26r at Gatwick the stews starts kicking out the passengers. I
was, to say the least, very suprised, but not so much as one of the Club Europe Pax as he hit the ground with a thump.
It's a bit cheeky to ask, but or can the gate detector be changed to parking brake on and at least one engine shut down?
