today I wanted to update my fpassengers , but when I download the update , he don't change it stays the old version , because in the new
there is te advanced fuel ,and I still don't get it.
I hope that someone can help me with this

Try backing up database and config, uninstalling the old version, and installing the new version.

you dont need to uninstall, simply install the newest version over any existing version

And reboot your pc before upgrading because even if fs9 is closed, xp can still lock some files
