default voice pack

Is there a way to make ALL of the voices in the default voice pack available during a flight? There seems to be about 133 different
sounds but I only get about 10-20 or so. Thanks.

when ever i turn off the music, and turn on the landing lights, the Flight attendant, always announces the "clear for takeoff"
announcement, dunno if you get this one

Not all the sounds in the pack are being used yet. Some are there also for possible future updates.
