Payload Editer gone??

For some strange reason FSPassengers is no longer on my programs list on my windows start button. I also cannot find the payload
editer anywhere. The program seems to be working fine in Flightsim but I wanted to edit a payload and found that I couldn't. I've
reinstalled and still can't seem to locate it...... any ideas? What is the exact filename?

Thank you all. I found it and created a new shortcut. :-)

Notice if the FsP group is gone you can simply reinstall...
you'll keek your flight and it will refresh the group...

EDIT: you reinstalled already... mhhh ? it seem there is odd things happening
to your window group menu... ???
