Problem with certain planes and FSP

I don't know if this question was asked once before regarding other planes. I'm having a problem using the B777-200 Continental PeterMax by Meljet
and the B747-300 KLM by Posky. When I try to use these planes FSP will not load the payload screen. It says for me to reload the aircraft. I reloaded
the aircraft, still no payload screen. Now it's telling me to shut down FS2004 and restart it. I did that and still nothing.
Does anyone have any idea how this can be fixed?

Maybe you misunderstood what I was saying. Some planes load up in FSP without it needing to be configured for FSP. Some have to be configured in
order for it to work with FSP. These planes were reconfigured to work with FSP but they still don't work with FSP after reloading the selected plane
or after restarting FS2004.

Sorry, it's not completely clear yet to me what the exact problem is. Do you mean when you load an aircraft that the proper payload isn't loaded?
Is it loading the default payload?

Ok this is whats happening;
First I select the B 777 Continental PeterMax plane. I purchase the plane for the company. When I select to start the flight. I get a window that
pops-up that says "Aircraft Repair utility" Now you have 2 options, either you select yes so you can use the plane in FSP or No. Inside this box it
states that there is a Missing Standard Declaration in the Aircraft Cfg. Then the next messege that pops-up is that the aircraft was updated for us in
FSP, reload the aircraft from the FS9 drop down window.

Once I do that and reload the plane, when I try to start the flight plan I get a new messege that says the following "Aircraft was updated but the
change wasn't recognized by FSP. Reload another aircraft then try to load this aircraft. If it doesn't work restart FS9"

After I did all of this the plane still isn't recognized by FSP.
