A320 PIC problem Closed DOOR

I use the A PIC but I have a very big problem : Impossible to use the Key "SHIFT-E" for open the doors.
Then , no passenger get on the aircraft

How to make ?

Use the "instant boarding" option when starting your flight. At the end, just use "end flight" after setting the parking brakes.

You can make FsP flight without using the door.

Pagir is right. There's no requirement to open or close the doors with FSP. However, if you do open them, don't forget to close them

bit off topic but is there a failure for like when on a flight the door will swing open or glass will break due to bad matienence

or the other idea would be to but this in to the aircraft.cfg from the A320PIC

number_of_exits = 1
exit_rate.0=0.25

With this you can open the doors for FSpassengers. But you can't see it open, for this you have to use the standart A320PIC key combo
ctrl-j.
