Captain Sim 727 and Payload Model in FSP

Ok, Since I am C9 now I was able to buy myself a 727-200 and wanted to ask 2 questions about that plane:

1. is there any better payload model for the 200 Passenger Version? Because something about the default FSP model is faulty, I can load my plane up to
max fuel, passengers and cargo, it displays around 70 % load, but an attempt to take off is almost impossible then because the plane never lifts off
as if it was way too heavy, what it probably is.

2. Not FSP-related: Anyone got the bird and has experiences landing it? I have, but I wonder if its normal to have a 727 land at 15 Degrees up pitch
because otherwise it would be descending too fast and land too hard.

I'm assuming you looked in the "More Downloads" section for the 727 payload model? I looked but didn't find a Captain Sim specific
payload model. You could try out one in the payload model section and rename the .ini file to match the aircraft title in the aircraft .cfg file.

I had the CS 727 several years ago and hated the flight dynamics of the aircraft. I don't know if CS improved the flight dynamics for FS9 or
FSX since then but I went to the DreamFleet 727 and took CS's off my hard drive. At any rate, I'm curious as to what flap setting you are
using and what is the typical airspeed you use for the approach.

As a guide so long as you are not too heavy is 140kts and flaps 30 this should bring you donw nicely.

I have the same problem with take off when the aircraft is pretty loaded. Also using the CS 727 for FSX.

I tried to takeoff from EHRD which is an airport that should be able to handle this aircraft without problems, but i already need to make
speed on the taxiway towards the runway to make it takeoff from the runway and not overshooting.

When i took off without fspassengers, i have no problem, although i still need quite a lot of the runway when the aicraft is heavily loaded. :P

I'm running my own small airline on fsairlines.net and only have this aircraft on my VA.

For those needed, since i'm still in the learning of flying etc i found my problem taking off.

When taking of you need to set the trim to 5. Then it is no problem to takeoff with a fully loaded aircraft.

I usually use around 4 with the 727, 5 will bring the nose up too high for my comfort. I rather choose to pull a bit back myself than risking a stall
because of trim.
