gear emergency

on a recent flight, my right main landing gear was showing that it was not locked and the copilot told me we had a problem. the nose and left main
were fine, just the right. what is the procedure for this? i tried to recycle the gear, with no luck, and the program told me i should have hard
bounced it to try to lock it, but what exactly is that? just land hard and then try to land again?

ctrl + G will manually put the gear down

Actually, It means That When You land You have To make A hard Landing(Make Sure Not too hard So that The Gear Does not Blow)
You Do not Need To Do a go-around After The Hard landing.

ok, so what happens if i do a landing that isnt hard enough and the tire doesnt come down still?

Go arouind again and see if it comes down as many times as you feel safe to do so. after that, risk a landing, declaring an emergency.

Do like I do sometimes and slam the airplane on the runway and hope for the best....seriously
