failures

Hello guys, I´ve been flying with fspassenger and I must say that this is a really cool fs-addon, really nice, BUT, I don´t like the fact that I´m
having too many failures (bird strike during take off, fuel leaking, etc) and all this with a setting of 5% percent of failures only... (could you
imagine how would it be if I set 50% o 75% of failures?) Anyway, I´ve been checking the forums and some recommendations I found are:
>Delete your company and creat it again, and set the initially failures setting to "no failures".
>go to C:\Program files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\FsPassengers\config.... and change the file named "manual_failures.bak" to
"manual_failures.cfg" and/or vice versa.
I must say that I have done all this and I´m afraid to say that I´m still having failures, because a few days ago I had a failure with my PMDG 737
flying from cancun MMUN to Panama city MPTO and before taxi I noticed that my compass rose (heading) was totally crazy, it displayed a totally wrong
heading and I'm pretty sure that fspassengers got to do with this. Finally I decided to reinstall fspassengers.
Anyway, the fact is that ¡ I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ANY FAILURES, NOT EVEN A LITTLE ONE !
So, if anyone could please help me out here, I would appreciate your help! Because the last thing I want to do is to get rid of this wonderfull addon. =(
