Where is FSX " texture.cfg" file located ?

I am trying to find "texture.cfg "file . I spent many hours including Google. I cant find a clear guidance to locate "texture.cfg "in my FSX.
Will you please advise how can I find it.

I don't believe that there is a 'texture.cfg' file, but textures would come under the 'FSX.cfg' file. What are you trying to edit?

Developer asked to "look at the file texture.cfg in the texture folder of the affected aircraft to see if it has any fallback folders defined?" This
is aconverter software DX9 airplanes to DX10 mode.

As far as I know, textures for aircraft don't have their own .cfg. folders

Yeah, textures are in bitmap files (.bmp). There should be a Texture folder for each paint scheme of the plane, under the aircraft folder. The
texture folder has all the .bmp files for that particular paint/livery.

In each Texture, or paint file, of any given aircraft you will find the texture.cfg file.
For instance, in the "B737_800" go to "texture1",open it and you'll find "texture.cfg"

For instance, in the "B737_800" go to "texture1",open it and you'll find "texture.cfg"

Never found any of these 'texture.cfg's in my version of FSX

And it references the "Fallback" he was searching for.
To be honest, it's a little deeper than I've ever had to go when it comes FSX!

I can't believe I missed that as I'm always digging around in the deepest places withing FSX (probably not a good idea)...
