What can I do if just before takeoff I see that one engine has less power than the other one??I can't declare an emergency so how can I

Put the engines to idle, slam on the brakes, and engage reverse thrust... if you are below V1 of course.

I think he means how he can End the flight and still get the bonus points for and emergency.
