OK this is totally Ridiculous!

I was flying my CS 757-300 KLGA-KMDW FL 330 I hist some turbulance and you could hear dished breaking, ok so I canged altititude
looking for smother air, well at the end of flight breafing, I got totally slammed! The report said I endangered passengers with dangerous
manuvers, WHAT?! I don't get it, CAT happens!

id say post flight report, but its more than likely you didnt put belt on in the turb, and then changed altitude sharply giving the pax too much
G's. you can post the report to confirm if im correct if you wish

Exactly. Sounds like you had some excessive G's while changing altitude, or didn't put the safety belt sign back on during the turbulence.
By the way, what is dished breaking? Don't think I've ever heard noises during turbulence, maybe I don't have that setting turned up?

The sigen was on auto, likely cause now that I think about it, I used the auto pilot for flight level changes.
