Best bet is to handle service yourself, then you can make sure this doesn't happen.

hey
this may be off topic but i got my service on automatic and i done a long flight a couple of days ago (about 5h) and they didnt show a movie. any ideas why??

5hours:45mins flying time ...I have stopped flying...
