Boeing 787

Does anyone know the exact date the Boeing 787 will take off from Washington? I really want to see it take off for the first time.
Also everyone who's reading this. Answer this question:Do you prefer the Boeing 787 or Airbus A380 and which will be more successful.

I Prefer the 787
(and in the Short Term the A380 could be more succesful, in long term the 787...maybe)
However, It is imposible to determine the sucess of an aircraft without at least a minimum of 3 years in service....

They both have their places in the world. I believe they both will be successful in their own right.

One thing is for sure is that this is changing aviation forever.

Both aircraft are in completely different classes so its hard to compare them. Try to compare the 747 to an A320. You can't. I prefer the A380
because Airbus stuck with fleet commonality, they prefer the side stick, and it appears to be more quiet, technologically advanced, and you can fit a
lot more people if you have high density routes. Plus the 787 for me looks fragile, I don't know why, it just does.
