Crash Not Recorded ??

Hi all

I have a quick query.

I started an FSP flight a couple of days ago in career mode and with auto record on. However, I had a bit of a 'mare. My plane was
parked very close to a building, and for some reason, I completely forgot about pushback, and tried to do a very sharp turn to avoid the
building :wall.

Anyways, I miscalculated and hit the wall. I got the end flight report saying that I crashed into the bulding at a very low speed (possibly
even 0 KPH - Can't remember exact speed). It said that no one was injured - passengers or crew.

However, for some reason it didn't record the flight. I assumed it would record it as a crash, but it totally ignored the flight, and my pilot
record remains intact with my two good flights.

Any ideas ???
