Landing gear issue

Hello guys, I was flying into KPHX (sim flyers) today and I landed when i de-planed the Pax said I had a unsafe landing, and cost me
$500,000. I read the FAQ's and saw a post about this issue...I could not correct it. does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks Jason

Problem can arise when you land at an addon airport all of a sudden the PAX are 50% in fear. FsP told ' Pax were angry because you
made what seemed to be a dangerous landing/takeoff. I can't seem to get the Acad file working...

It's gotta be something with the scenery. Probably an AFCAD issue. This is very common, and is discussed in the FAQ.
