I have it since I fly with FsP and i can't imagine preparing a flight without.
You can prepare your flight plan in several ways - Auto route upon navaids and/or isec. - manually enter your way points. and edit altitudes and speed for each of them. Nice when you want to make a low pass to enjoy a scenery at middle flight. - Incluse SID STAR procedures when available. after this, you have in flight a moving map showing all informations about frequencies courses, runway length ground alt etc. You can enter fuel consumming speed and vs for your planes at climb, cruise descent for fuel planning and determine arrival time. Last but not least, it can work in FMS mode. Then your plane follows automatically the flight plan and speed if you have autothrottle. (This does not work with all planes and is kinda cheating). But I like it a lot when I want to play around taking pics. I warmly recommand it ![]()
