Radio Digits Missing...Please Help

Hi,
I'm missing ALL of my radio readouts including A/P. No idea as to what may be wrong. Tried reinstalling FS2k4, no joy. Very frustrating. A/P
will no longer track. Really don't want to fromat the drive and start over if I don't have to. Any ideas?

What did you recently install? Any new panel, aircraft, etc

Maybe some fonts are not properly installed/registered anymore. Check in your fs9\fonts directory which are there, make sure they're also in your
c:\windows\font directory. If they are there in your windows\font dir, move them out to a temp directory (not copy but move) and move them back. They
will get back reinstalled then

I got a CD from a classmate of mine that had the Flight 1 PC12 on it. I wanted to try it out to see whether I wanted to spend the cash on it. It was
a CD based install, Ie: no "wrapper". I couldn't get it to run after install. Kept getting an error about the PC12dll.gau and FS9 would lock up. I
removed the offending software but now, no gauges. I won't do that again. I tossed the CD.

Why, do you suppose, that Flight 1 doesn't have a "demo" mode like Active Camera or X-Plane? I abhor buying software from screenshots only. They
could give people like an hour block of time and then disable the software WITHOUT destroying someone's FS installation. Sad.

I hope I can solve this, otherwise, I'm looking at about 10 hours of re-installation and setup.

As far as the fonts go, I noticed that I only have a couple in my FS install but I have about 2 dozen in my windows folder. Some of them look like
they may belong in my FS folder, ones such as Boeing style and glass gauge.

I must say I can't really help you, just two facts:
1) This mess wasn't Flight1's fault. Thery never and would never do that. Out of question!
2)They have THE BEST demo mode: you buy it, use it wherever and as long as you want and if you're not satisfyed you'll get your money
back. Doesn't get better than this.
