Help with Auto Land please

Hi, Finally learn to land using full ILS "Autoland" flyinh the 737-400 i'm able to get to the runway perfectly, the problem is at 500 feet
from touchdown flaps all the way down speed 140 when i land the plane lift up the noise all the way up and then crash. Please let me
know what i'm still missing.

I dont believe that all aircraft support autoland. If this is a default flight sim aircraft I am pretty sure it does not.

Yup, the default-airplanes (and so many others to download) can't auto-land. Just disconnect the AP at decision height (let's say 200ft above ground)
and steer manually - it's not that hard and so you have something to do while landing ;-)

If you're trying to autoland a 737, try the PMDG plane. It's a NG 737, but it models the AP perfectly, and can perform a full hands-off CAT
IIIA autoland.

Hmm that's interesting, I've managed to fully autoland all three default airliners........ Also go to FS2Crew.com and you will see a video of
the default 734 doing a full hands-off approach and landing.

I didn't think the default airliners modeled dual AP's. Do they? If so, then a autoland should be possible.

AFAIK you can't really model two APs in FS2004. The panels that have them require you to press that second button, but that's about it.

The standard FS2004 AP can bring every plane down in one piece IIRC, if the aircraft model don't impose limits on it. Often leads to models with an AP
that works way better than in reality...

I use default 737 with ap just use it to guide you to the runway at about 5 nm click alt switch on and off and manually I really only use
aproach hold to line me up I just can't get it right by myself, this way you can grease it down.

I'll use approach hold mode when I've got a turbulent, low-visibility, or other approach that severely limits my ability to perform a
guaranteed safe approach. Other than that, it's all manual baby!

Have a try, I can't tell you how it works and what vertical speed it gives, it is one of the thing I don't use, would remove me one of the more
exiting moments of the flight.

Ya have to say that AUTOLAND for me is only when the weather is below CAT I limits. Just not any fun for me otherwise have to fly it and
land it myself. And having said that I have not had to autoland with the level D 767 yet and it is all I have been flying since its release.
