how big aircraft needed?

before i have a crew/hostess and can start serving drinks and food etc?

ive done a search and found one saying that i can make it so i have a crew on every plane even cessna's, but dont want to do that. want to
do it properly and wait till i get them for real.

Im only on c3 (i think) just got onto the multi props,

Nope.

You can only serve food/drinks in planes where you have a flight attendant. Basically, as in real life the pilot cannot stay walking around
serving peanuts while the plane is flying. Don't you think??

One possibility:

When flying the small aircraft, have the crew option set to heavy aircraft. When you want to be able to serve drinks, food, etc. on a smaller
turbo-prop aircraft, change the option to all aircraft. I believe you can make the changes without affecting your scenerio setup.

You'd be surprided. I once flew on a small turboprop from Lidkoeping in Sweden to Copenhagen. After take off the copilot got up and
handed out sandwiches and a carton of orange juice to the 4 or 5 passengers on board.

Why the hostility towards me lately? lol. I do greet my PAX! When they're leaving the aircraft! We're very busy as pilots, and frequently
have 20 minute turn-arounds on the ground. I try to talk to the PAX as frequently as possible, but sometimes I just simply am
overwhelmed, and don't have the time. I do make nice PA announcements though!

Does it matter if Brad doesnt greet the pax? Its not the pilots I normally want greeting me its the cabin crew hottie ladies. OK that was

I like it when the Captain comes on the intercom in flight and points out some of the landmarks we are flying over. I thhink it really adds a
nice touch to a flight to get inflight pilot "breifings" once in a while.

I'm the undisputed KING of pointing out EACH AND EVERY landmark we fly over on most flights (when we're not busy up front). On a
3 hour flight, I'll usually point out between 5 and ten landmarks. Usually things people have never heard of. I think the PAX get quite
nervous when I mention something like "Ladies and gentlemen, we're currently flying over Nashville. It's directly below the aircraft", and
the plane is making a 30 degree banking turn OVER that city (for changing course over the VOR... hope you understand what I'm saying,
and it's just an example). I bet they're thinking "Oh my god... how can he do a turn while talking to us over the PA?" Little do they know of
the magic of LNAV! Many times I've started a PA announcement, and all of a sudden said "Folks, it looks like we're entering a turn here...
give me just a minute."

Needless to say, you'll KNOW if you're on one of my flights. I talk to the PAX A LOT MORE than any pilot or co-pilot that I've ever flown with.
I like keeping them informed, since I put myself in their shoes. If I was back there, I'd like to know everything that's going on. Most pilots
at our airline make very short and quick un-informative announcements. Mine are usually long, drawn out, and include minor details
(such as present altitude, airspeed, distance from destination, present location, etc.) I think that's the way to go with announcements!

It does make the company look good if the pilot greets the PAX. Makes it look like I'm personally interested in their well being (when in all
actuality, I could give two sh*ts about them)....

Not sure where your located out of but have you ever flown in and out of Salt Lake?

Yes, SLC is actually one of the airports I fly to more frequently. I'm stationed here in ABQ (Albuquerque, New Mexico). I've got an Aunt that
lives in SLC. Nice town. I fly there at least 2 or 3 times a month (sometimes more, but never less )

I remember the days where they would show you the cockpit if you were an aviation enthusiast such as myself. That was why I used to
love Southwest!!!

To bad they don't do that anymore... understand why though.
