FSX won't start after installing FS Passengers

Hello

FSX had been working fine for two years, then I decided to get FS Passengers, but after its installation FSX wouldn't start anymore (it freezes
right after running it, so I can see that FSX starting image and I can also hear voices of FS Passengers). I've read some posts on this topic on
this forum, but I couldn't solve the problem. I do run FS Passengers installer as administrator, so that's not the case. If I unistall FS
Passengers, FSX works properly, so the problem is definitely in installing this addon.

I would really need some help here, because I've really tried everything you folks suggested here Thanks!

Just throwing out a guess here. I'll bet $23.76 that you are using a wicked ass new OS like Win 8.

I promise that I'm not as big a jerk as I seem to be. What are your specs.

I'm about to disappoint you since I possess Win7 (64x).

Specs:
Intel® Core™ i7 3630QM Processor
Intel® HM76 Chipset
DDR3 1600 MHz 8Gb RAM
NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 650M
1TB 5400 RPM SATA

I had no problems loading FSP on my old computer, now I decided it's time for a laptop and since I figured out FSX ran quite well on it, it really
bothers me that I cannot get FSP to run at all.

Is ther no Hotfix how we can fix it under Windows7???.

Maybe there will come a Windows 7 version of FS Passenger?

Currently there are no "hotfixes" for Win 7 or 8 that are produced by the developer. Dan "may" look into this sometime in the future but it's not a
promise. At any rate, the only thing I can suggest is to uninstall FsP and make sure there isn't a FsP folder still in the FSX folder. If it is,
delete it. Reboot your pc and then re-install FsP. Reboot again. Open FSX and register FsP. Close out FSX and re-start FSX. Try a flight.

FYI....I have had to re-install FSX several times over the past few years due to hard drive issues...and recently as a week or so ago. Each time I
optimized Win 7 for FSX. After installing FSX disc 1&2, reboot, start FSX and fly around a bit, close it out, reboot pc and then install
Acceleration. Reboot again, start FSX and fly around a bit. Close FSX and reboot. Defrag FSX drive, reboot. Start FSX and install FsP before any other
addon. Enter serial code and close out FSX. Reboot. Never had an issue with FsP locking up or having the dreaded wrong authorization message. The task
seems tedious, I know, but it has always worked on my system. Just so you know, FSX has a dedicated drive and does NOT occupy space on the OS drive.
Moreover, the second step I did after installing FsP was to throw in the UIautomationcore dll in the FSX folder. Not a single crash or lock up.
