Cruise flight with nose pitched up... Help?

Is it just me or this flight is a little too pitched up on cruise flight.
Stats: M0.80, FL350, Fuel is proportionally loaded,the Project Airbus A321. I have similiar issues with almost all aircraft.
Something about the Payload editor or just the AC itself? I know though that it is normal for a plane to be a little nose pitched up on cruise in real
life.

Looks like you might be too slow, too high, too heavy or any combination thereof. It may have nothing to do with CG issues.

Propliners have this issue all the time and the fundamental aerodynamic principles are the same even if the engines and airfoils are very
different.

Try - Lower altitude until fuel burns off.

Try - Less weight for FL350 cruise.

Try - Higher cruise mach. If you're at Vmo, you're too high and need to descend.

Early jets (and all long-ranged piston airliners) used to have to step-climb when loaded, initial cruise when at MTOW might have been
only FL250 or less (depending on OAT) and they would cruise nose up like your screen shots. As fuel burned off and weight decreased,
the wing would rotate towards zero pitch allowing another 2000-4000 foot climb where the process would begin again. Eventually max
cruise altitude would be reached and only then would Vmo max out.

Powerful high-bypass turbo fans helped remove the need for routine step climbing but you can still end up to needing to do so at times.

In the FSPax pre-flight load manager, the AC was loaded only 71%, and the fuel was around 15,000l so I think that would be appropriate. Perhaps
experimenting with payload editor, but I don't know where to start.
I've loaded pax and an amount of fuel capable for the weight and distance for the flight.

Is it possible to somehow move the weight distribution so the aircraft pitches itself front based on weight?
