Do I have to pay another $40.00 dollers

My name is Kenny.
I have had FSP for about 6 years now and I really enjoy this program.

I recently got a new computer Win7 64 bit. After installing FS9 on the new PC I ran my FSP install. Well wouldn't you know it "Wrong Authentication
Code please buy FSPassengers."

I have tried contacting the support at FSP'S home site, but as of yet there has been no response.

I can't tell you how frustrated I am with this, do I need to pay another $40.00 dollers to be able to use FSP or what?

Given this is the only "home" site for FSP, I'm wondering who you've been contacting. However, no, you do not need to pay another $40 if you
still have your original install key; you should still be able to acess it from your Flightsim Store account.

I'm sorry, I used the contact at the bottum of FSP'S page. I have the serial and username from SimMarket. As far as I know the installer I have is my
original install .

Just input the original serial key that you were given by SimMarket.

Well, in that case I guess you folks will be losing a lot of business. Win7 64bit os is a popular opperating system. Not only that, it's pretty much what
you get on most new computers.

Regardless of that, FSP and FSPX were devised well before we knew about Win 7 or Vista. Not everything can work on every OS out there.

did you tried to download fs9 version of fsp from download section. This one is W7 bug free. Your old code should be fine. If not the only one
to help is Dan.

Thank you. I'll give it a try, but if I have to buy fsp again it would be well worth the money. I have enjoied a lot of flight hours with FSP.
