FSP not working :(

So I recently purchased FSP and installed it on my computer...I'm running FS9 and Windows 7. I have tried everything in the FAQs and even
some stuff here in the forum...still not working. I continually get "Wrong authorization code, Please purchase FSP." I wan't to fix this ASAP.

Did you uninstall FsP completely, reboot then reinstall? Of course re register it after installing it again.

Yes. I'm not happy with this program at all. How can i get my money back?
