Lost activation key

Hi there,

I'm reinstalling, but lost my activation code. I sent in a request for a new one twice, but so far, no go.

I changed email in the mean time. Even though I mentioned that explicitly in the request form, I think it might have gone wrong there.

Can you guys help me out please?

Where did you purchase FSP from? IF you bought it from flightsimstore, you should be able to login to your account and find your key there.

Well..... That indeed is a very good question. I have no idea. I bought it almost the second it came out, and I remember that Dan sent the activation
code. I just checked flightsimstore, but those obviously have no account of me. I tried all my general account names, but none seems to be recognized.

I really for the life of me cannot remember how this worked. I think that initially one just installed the software, clicked "buy", entered CC info
and then a bit later got a message with an unlock code. I don't remember having bought it from an online store at all.

Oh well, here's me hoping. It's been about a week now that I requested a copy of my activation code. I recon it shouldn't take much longer now.

If you bought it via FsP it must be in your mail account.
Otherwise you maybe bought it at simmarket.

Just for clarification. No, I don't have my code anymore, I LOST it. That's why I'm posting here, and also since I am not getting any replies on my
support requests through this site. So it is not in my mail anymore. That was on an account that got hacked about 2-3 years ago, and the copies of
that mail got lost in a HDD crash.

Now that we have that one cleared up, could someone of SUPPORT please contact me and tell me how I can get my activation code mailed to me?
Cause that is in reality all I need.

Just for clarification. No, I don't have my code anymore, I LOST it.

Next time use the tried and tested method of pen and paper instead of relying on the electronic world.

As for your code:
1) You need to find out where you bought FSP from.
2) If you bought it from either Simmarket or Flightsimstore you will be able to log into your account and your code will be under your
downloads options.
3) Have you sent Dan, the program developer, a PM through this site's internal mail system requesting a code - you will need to provide proof
of purchase.
4) Dan is the only person here who can re-issue codes, we can only point you in directions of where to find it.
