Cannot get 2D cockpit view working correctly

Usually, in 2D cockpit mode, it is possible to cycle through the different views using the "W" key.

Now it just bugs up the whole screen (instruments in the windshield, etc...)

I hope this can be fixed. Just spent $60 on what appears to be an amazing add-on; this one bug is really disappointing me though.

Go to "search" at the top of this page. Search "2d" and read #3, My step-by-step, works every time, no-sh*t, procedure is there for your
problem.
