[Solved?] Sound stopps - 5seconds - Full System Freeze

Hi,

i got a new quiet strange problem.
My System:
Intel Core 2 Duo 6400 @ 2,13Ghz
3 GB Ram
256MB Geforce 7900
Windows XP
Flight Simulator X with SP1 and Acceleration
Addons: Just Flight Traffic X and Cargo Pilot (but now deinstalled in case they cause the problems)
okay: I got 3-4 Freeware Aircrafts installed (Cessna 177, A340, C-130)
But playing them without FSPassenger works just fine. And no Freezes when Playing FSX without Passengers started!

I start FS X. And start a normal flight with FS Passenger.
After 30 seconds (but sometimes it takes 20 or 60min) there is a strange sound from the boxes. Then there is no sound anymore at all.
After another 5seconds the game freezes. Nothing to do anymore.
It I try to shut down FSX (by Task Manager or normal) nothing happens.
After a few minutes the cpu sounds normally (although in taskmanager the cpu 0 is showing normal activity, but cpu1 is showing 100% work).
If I try to shut down the system or work on other tasks they'll freeze within seconds too.
Only chance to get back to normal working is a cold restart of the system (push reset button).

At the beginning of playing FSP everything was normal. It happened at the end of the flights.
But the longer I played it happened more offten.

Anyone an idea?

What kind of sound card do you have...is it integrated or? When's the last time you updated the sound card drivers, graphics drivers,etc?
You could also consider lowering the sound acceleration as well.

Thats the first thing, that came to my mind as well, so I downloaded a new update for the soundcard. But unfortunatly no change!
I have a Creative Soundblaster PCIexpress X-Fi Xtreme Audio with the latest driver 1.04.0090 (and due to Creatives horrible servers it took me 2hours
to download them... -.-)

And I just played (and tried) for another two hours:
Whenever I play with FSPassenger and one of my 5 aircrafts in the company I always get the freeze at some time of the flight. Mainly it happens before
start, or when I am just going to start, changing views or something.
And I just did the same flight I tried 4times with FSPassenger this evening, without FSP but the same configurations twice. No Freeze.

So I think it is definitly "FS Passenger" and NOT "FS X"

okay... for the last 6 flights it didn't occur again, after disabling in the control panel the sound acceleration! Now when I switch between tasks my
sound hangs or noises, but I can play! :-D
