London a Warzone!!!??

Hi,
During descent into London from Vienna, I received a sudden warning and had to declare an emergency. I was 6 miles out on the ILS for
runway 27R. This is what was written in the report
"The right fuel tank was hit by a ground shot and lost all of it's fuel. The aircraft was hit by anti-aircraft artillery fire resulting in a massive
hull rupture. There was an exceptional pilot on board and despite the dire situation he was able to land the aircraft safely. The Captain
has also declared an emergency before landing."

How all of a sudden is London a warzone?

Can I stop this happening?

Actually there is a list of warzone areas in the FsP folder. Have you done a search in the forums yet regarding this? It has come up
numerous times in the past about removing/disabling certain warzone areas.

You can also edit the list and take warzones off of it (or add them!). I think you can also change the size; its possible the London "no fly zone" is
too big. Has anyone checked that?

London itself is not the warzone.. It's an area of exactly 1nm around Buckiham palace that is called a warzone.. The queen hates to be
disturbed by low overflying planes when she's doing a beauty sleep. So she's armed with some rifles to keep the area clean from such
planes..

I heard that she didn't actually mind the noise: apparently "someone" jettisoned empty beer cans over her lawn and hit one of her korgies. Hence the
rifles...
