Citation II payload problem please help! Aircraft Overweight!!

Hey guys!!
I downloaded the Eaglesoft Citation II payload file from the files section.
Everytime I load up the aircraft, it is 125% over the limit with full fuel, no passengers and no cargo whatsoever.
How can I fix this?

Edit the Payload (for FSpassengers) or edit the Aircraft CFG

Ditto what Drew indicated, but it could be as easy as setting the load configuration to zero for each section of the airplane...if the airplane
comes with a load manager and you shouldn't have a n issue from that point.
