Old Pilot Rank Error

Ok, it's finally my turn to provide a new one I haven't seen in the forum...especially after a search in this part of the forum as well as FsP
General.

I tried starting a FsP flight with my original company of course and the original pilot (obviously moi), but as I click the button to start the
flight(after loading), I got this error message:

"Error old pilot rank. I'm sorry the system cannot allow you to fly anymore with pilots created with the old rank system. Please create
another pilot!"

I did create another pilot and off we went on a FsP flight. But, is there a way to keep the original pilot employed?? I guess FsP has
detected old Joe is beyond his FsP flying time and needs a rest,huh?

Just curious about this...
