FS Passengers Fleet Question?

Hello all i have been using FS pax for a while and recently came across this fleet bonus in my flight report, It usually says no flights today,
How do i get this? Does it mean i get set other flights to operate other than those i fly? If this is true this is what i really want to do, Please

FSP04, Is randomly set on wether there is flights today or no flights today...

I'm having the same problem, however it dosen't seem random. I've flown about 10 straight flights where this message is shown. I am
flying short hops around the Hawaiian Islands with King Air 350's and I recreated the same paint scheme 5 times to get more of the
same airplanes if that provides any reason for why this is happening.

i find that if i do a flight that ends badly or low passenger satisfaction then the fleet bonus doesn't appear

but if i make a good or perfect flight it always appears for me

That's correct. If you blow it you don't get your fleet bonus. Any positive result will get you your fleet bonus. I find that the better you do, the
more you get.

I confirm it's not random, fleet bonus are a reward if the pilot have done a good job only. Else the program would reward even bad flight
wich is not the point of FsP. (centered on simmer's flight)
