Cannot Unlock

Hi,
I recently purchased FSPassengers and I can't unlock it. It gives me incorrect username or password, however I have typed and re-typed
the username and code in the inside cover of my CD case. Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

i hear there is a problem with the usernam printed on the box, , replace the _ for a - (or visaversa, i dont recall which is the correct way) not sure if this will work, or if you will have to email the addy in the FAQ

that helped...I replaced the - with a _ and that did it.
