FS passengers reg entry problem

hi

i purchased a boxed copy of the software, and have entered the name and key info to no avail.
i am entering everything that is printed in both colums, on the sticker that is attached to the box, all caps, no spaces, i am inputing the dashes
where appropreate, ive tried about 5 times, and still not getting it to accept the info. - have double checked my entries after entering the required
feilds also.

any help would be aappreceiated. please

Do you have by any chance a code with' -' printed? If so, replace the - by _
So, xxx-yyy will be xxx_yyy.

Not sure if this is the case for you but there have been boxes with wrongly printed codes on it like this
