confused about scared pax.........

now when i landed, my pax fear went up into the 90's and satisfacation was around 6% - i thought, hmmm, maybe hard landing but didnt
think so - (and as you can see it wasnt) The report doesnt mention anything about running off the runway, so why did i get excessive
g's??

Only thing i can think off, is if i forgot to put the seat belts on (thou im sure i did use it) - would forgetting the belt on landing show up in the
report?

(had to sit at terminal for 10 mins with the music playing to cheer them up before ending flight )

Could it be that your speed was so low at landing that you "fell" onto the runway, but due to the height from it you didn't gain a high ft/min speed.?

I don't know though, I have no idea, when I land the ATR 72-500 I usually hold close to 100 KIAS.

yeah i was aiming for 100-110, just dropped a bit, (well alot ) but with the 'nice' touchdown, i dont get why pax satisfation dopped so
badly

i noticed that when I climb or descent too fast, they also get scared.

i dont think there is an 'almost stall' - just stall or not, and a stall would show on report.

yes you will get scared pax on high climbs as its pulling g's, but here it just dropped when i touched rw

must have been no belt unless that would show on report, then i dont know

But like what mentioned before, your approach speed is really low, try keep it at around 110 , at 80 you're almost falling, notice also your high
pitch of nearly 10 degrees. Btw, g-forces i think can be on taxi also Try takiing a corner to fast and watch your g's go up

9.5 degree of pitch at touchdown - maybe you had a tailstrike?
I'm not sure if it's noted on report though...
