Transition altitude changing ?

I am not sure if this has been addressed, but a search did not produce the answer I am looking for.

If I start out in the US where the TA is 18000, and I fly to Europe where let's say it's 6000, how does FSPassengers handle this?
Can I change the FSPassengers setting in mid flight?

simple answer? no use FsP to set which TA to use.
