Passengers current Opinion: Is an horrible flight should just read Horrible flight
-Passengers are waiting for the door open so they can exit the aircraft.
-Were delighted by the movie. It was a great movie.
-Were terrified by your "dive of death".
-Are actually terrified.
-Can't sleep because they are frightened.

Hostess Advice:
-Feared passengers don't care about their stomach. should read "scared passengers don't care to eat"

I agree with Dutch64, Dan seems like the type of person who wants to improve his product, is not defensive about it, and doesn't take feedback
personally. Developers who are like that last.
