FSPassengers GPWS, i missing something

Hello together!
So i fly every time with this great and amazing tool, but before iam landing with an Airbus, I missing something of the GPWS System.
At first, its very cool, that FSP include an GPWS System, but in "real" a call come like "Retard" after minimum feet, example 10 feet.

Can i put this sound for my own, and if "yes", how can i make it? Or possible to update this in the next FSP Versions?

I think it should be implemented in the code for the plane, not in the fsp code (just guessing here). I know some airbus do come with this sound (like
pss)

You can change all of the GPWS sounds that come with FSP to whatever you want.

Just make sure they're in the proper format and are renamed so that they fit in without issue.

The "retard" callout you are referring to is found on the A330/A340 series. If you search flightsim.com, you will find numerous sounds
packs with them in.

I decided to not make it because not every plane does have it
and also he can interfer with the "minimum" announce. (depend of your "minimum" setting)

This could lead to several questions why both sound were
playing in same time and why jet that are supposed not have
it would play it.

There is no way that FsP can recognise a particular type of aircraft appart the name.

Anyway what you can do is to replace the "minimum" sound (see sound/gpws)
with a "retard" sound.

That's what I was just going to suggest. You're free to replace any sound you'd like with any sound of your choice. Add the "retard" sound
if you'd like it. Perhap's that's Airbus' way of saying you'd have to be a retard to NOT be able to fly their planes. Who knows?

good suggestion, but minimums is usually called at 200-300 feet,
where as retard would be called at 10 feet.
So if you replace minimums with retard wouldn't you be told to retard at 200-300 feet??

What if you're flying a CAT IIIC ILS, and there are NO minimums calls? There are lots of possibilities, and what myself and Dan
recommended was just a general idea. It's not going to be perfect (i.e. the call will happen at a higher altitude than in real life), but it's the
easiest and most feasible solution.

Ok, before it's really getting out of control here "Retard, retard, retard" is a call to retard the engine thrust levers to the idle position... You
usually don't do that at decision height It's to be done just before touch down

you can put the minimum to 50 feet I bet this would not make a big difference... usually I put idle
much more higher than that
