Crashed... I have Failures off?

First off, love the product... the game isnt the same without it.

Okay... I have a company with full effect of this add-on on, with failures and what not. and I have a nother for just my VA flights with VAC. I was
flying from CYVR to CYYZ when my 767 blew something and went into a big time dive into the ground. I didnt save the flight log, I just exited the sim
(Dumb me) For that company i have failures off in the options and i didnt check the box for fixed failures or whatever it is when you make your
company. Why is my plane still crashing when im flying? I did have in FS9 itself, detect crash and damage? Could this have something to do with it?
nothing like this happened before i installed FSP, and im have been flying over 500 hours in this sim.

It's possible that this aircraft have a gauge that have some failures,
FsP also don't have failure that suddenly make your aircraft dive and crash.
Each FsP failure give you a chance.

Sorry you description is not very precise so I'm unable to give you a good advice
what exactly did "blew up" and that make you dive and crash ?

If I remember correctly a friend of mine had a similar problem on his 767... and i think he said it was something to do with something he forgot to
switch on as he didnt do a proper preflight on that specific flight. I think his accident occured about 15 minutes after takeoff and he mentioned
something that the aircraft cockpit went dark and went into a severe nosedive... and he crashed. If your situation is similar I can find out for you
what it was exactly... let me know.
