[Solved] Landing gear problem?

Hi all, for some reason. Either its after landing, or taxing to the gate. The front of my landing gear bounces up and
down with the white smoke, and
then after a while sometimes it will break and my nose will come crashing down and yes when Im stopped and
idle throttle. Has anybody ever
experienced this problem with FS? Thankyou

I have - I solved it by just taxiing slowly. Now, I was going really slow, which is unrealistic. It's definatly a problem with FS, and not
your fault.

Thanks Ryan.... It got me kinda worried lol. Sometimes on fsp I will turn the engines off. When I board the aircraft with the passengers when I ask
for IFR clearence I will start my engines and when I ask for taxi clearence I increase the throttle, and sometimes it will only control 1 engine on a
jet. I go to the throttle control and theres only engine #1 moving and the other one stays at idle unless i use my mouse to move both of them? Any
ideas how I can prevent that? By the way this is a stupid question lol what is FS9? Also in the past I asked how i can report emergencys I was told
squak 7700 I think. How would i do that? Thankyou for your time.

FS9 is just a short form for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight - Also known as FS9, FS, FS2004. FS means Flight
Simulator, you seem new, so remember that. Website's all over use these terms!

I don't know if you solved this problem by going slower, or if you solved it at all, but another tip is that this usually only happens with small
jets. It's basicly FS (there's that term again ) warning you that you're going to fast and the gear (usually the front gear) is being forced to
move "sideways" and it's causing smoke and the aircraft to mysteriously "jump" up in the air. Some people experiance this when they
lose control upon take-off, near the end of the runway.

As for the throttle problem, sometimes it's just a stubborn panel. Although, if you are using an AI plane; using an AI panel, it might be
defective.

I'm not sure what you mean by reporting emergencies. If you mean ~declaring~ an emergency using FsP, press CTRL + SHIFT + M and
you will hear your co-pilot announce the problem and telling you to pan. Then your hostest will announce the emergency landing and ask
that they fasten their seatbelts and proceed to the brace position.

Thanks for the great advice Ryan I appreciate it. FS 2004 is a great game. I am looking forward to the next FS Im guessing 06 hopefully. Does
anybody think its gonna be a big difference? Hopefully its worth the wait. Thanks again guys

To solve your problem with the throttle... press E (or is it SHift-E - not sure as im not in FS atm) with 1, 2, 3, 4 in quick sucsession and you will then be able to control all engines again... I had the same on some panels but that solved it for me.

I have the same throttle problem sometimes. No matter if I press 'E' or not, the throttles are stuck to that one engine. The only fix I have found, is
to reboot the computer. Just restarting FS is'nt always enough.
It is not FsP related, I've had this problem before FsP (so this is the wrong forum.... sorry!).

haha sorry guys I play Flight Simulator 6-8 hours a day. I should know better. Simulator<----- duh!!!! brain fart. Thanks for the reminder

if ur plane has 2 engines press E12 if it has three E123 if it has 4 press E1234...

-- Actually what Shift + E does is open the main exit to the aircraft. Adding 1, 2, 3 or 4 opens the other exits. Shift + E has nothing to
do with throttle or this problem.
