Problem With Flight Finishing

Hello.Have A problem Here.When I land at scheldued airport,park at the gate,open the doors-Passengers just dont get out from the
plane.so i have to finish my flight with report that they ddnt reach their destination.and i get -350 points for that.How can i solve this
problem?

Double check the airport code when selecting a destination, one wrong letter and yor destination could be on the other side of the globe.

Jep i solved the problem already.crew has to be on plane to load,unload passengers

Also make sure you have set the parking brake to on otherwise passengers won't leave the airplane. I puzzled
about that too
restarting engines, checking help, saying nasty things etc. till i saw no parking brake set. Once I set it everyone left
and I got my points.
