Speed restrictions flying on-line

I've tried to ask no speed restrictions under 10.000, it was rejected by fsp atc.
If an on-line atc allow you to high speed, you'll have a fake penalty.
So at this moment if you fly on-line you must exclude this feauture, if you fly only on-line you must exclude this feauture forever, in the same way,
you must exclude the feauture concerning altimeter, if you fly out of U.S.A. and flaps max speed limit if you fly with 747,.

For reality, still, whether it's online or not, we should have this speed restriction.

Have not tried to ask for permission for over 250kts below 10,000 though.

fabrytinx is right, although speed restrictions are solid, with airports like Toronto where noise abatement ends at 3,600 it would make
sence to ask for permission, and since it is easier to accelerate when lower thats what a lot of airlines like to do. I know for a fact
lufthansa pilots when comming out of cyyz almost always ask at around 4000. FsP should have an option of manually selecting
permission, when online.

This would defeat the purpose of Asking (FSP don't know when you are online),

the only option is to disable this penalty in more_option.cfg if you fly online.

Hi Dan,
Tnx for your answer
FsPassenger is a very good job, but why don't improve it?

Why disable ths penalty when you can put a easy flag that assumes as every time "yes" when you ask high speed under 10.000? so if you forget to do it you get penalty?

Why disable altimeter penalty when you can change TA management?

Why disable gear flaps penalty when you can add 2 parameter lines in INI profiles aircraft files about gear and flaps max speed? and replace "costant" variables with variables read from relative INI file?
FsPassenger improve reality in simulation, why don't improve it with "real" reality?

because in real life you are now allowed to every time accorded to a real pilot (SWAFO) we set it
to 75% chance in climb and 25% chance on descent wich is realist.

I didn't mean aircraft cfg, I was mening FSP ini profile file .
