Crash Damage

Hi,
just a quick question; is there a way of turning of crashes and collisons in FSP. I am a rookie and keep bolwing tyres, also in some of the
few landings I have made, I got hit by airport vehiles which was really irritating. Can anyone help me?

Yes it is possible.
I don't which MS FS you have but anyway....for FS2004:

I myself use FSX, just turned it off in FSX.
You also can go to the more-option file and edit it there.

I use FSX but it doesn't tell you how to do it and FAQ and I can't find it on FSP.

Hello. I too want to disable the crash detection in FlightSim Passenger. I have MSFSX and I disabled it in that but I am trying to do what the
FAQ is asking but I don't see a 'config/more_option' folder. What am I doing wrong? I tried opening the file in Notepad. Not sure what to
do. I like this program but I am a novice flyer and want to fly with this program but I want all crashes ignored so I may enjoy the flight. For
reference I have windows Vista. Hope you maybe able to help. Thanks so much in advance.

You can also turn road traffic off, which can also help you with your framerates.

Within the FsPX folder there is a "Config" folder. Open the folder and find a configuration file called "more_option.cfg"...without the
parenthesis of course. Open the .cfg file with notepad and look for these lines:

DisableForceCrashDetection =0; // disable the "force crash detection" feature of FsP
DisableForceCollideDetection =0; // disable the "force collide detection" feature of FsP

By default there will be a zero above in each line. Just change them to 1 to disable those 2 lines. In the same window just hit "File",
then "Save" and close the .cfg file. You're done.
