My passengers are starving

I'm doing a very long flight in a340-600 (around 18hrs) and my passenger satisfaction is down to 75% because they are very hungry.

My crew are serving them drinks but no food ( it's set on automatic )....how can I feed them?

How and where can you set it to automatic, serving drinks en food?

Turn off the automatic feed trough. Wait about 2hrs. to feed them hotfood and drink. This will keep them happy for 4 hrs. Wait a little
while then repeat. You only get two hot meals per flight so give them some sandwichs to keep them from crying too much. Be sure to
show them a movie also

Thanks for the advice and for the timings - I can't turn off auto feed while I'm in a flight

I guess they could do with losing some weight :D They'll just have to go hungry for now!!!

to stall their hungry belly's , start you flight at 13.00 (01.00 PM) or 19.00 (07.00 PM ) it can save you 4 or more hours before feeding those

Oh!...so feed time is related to actual lunch and dinner times? If so, that's good to know.
