loss of an engine

what are the procedures for the loss of an engine for a 737-800/900. Get to the nearest airport and land calling for a mayday and setting
the transponder to 7700 I realize....what else--approaching the airport, setting the flaps like you normally would, etc??

I'm sure you can download a manual for the 737 which gives more precise information. Are you using PMDG?
