Low,medium,high fares

What are peoples thoughts on when to transfer from low to medium to high faires (in career mode). do they wait untill they reach a certain
weight category, money or reputation. if so which and when do you upgrade?

I upgrade at roughly 90%. The good thing about raising ticket prices is that even though you carry less passengers, you earn the same
amount of money. Also, because you're carrying fewer people, you can take more freight.
